good morning let me tell ya the second thing  u've to do when u are feeling lost :

   2) Say goodbye to the past.

Your old life is no longer working for you, so release the old you. Release old things, jobs, or relationships. Whatever is no longer enhancing your quality of life!And let them go. When you are feeling lost it is because your wants and desires are no longer being met. Contrary to popular believe we are all in a constant state of change. When you are not going with the flow of change, in other words, you are trying to force things to stay the same, you will feel it very deeply. You will feel it on a spiritual level resulting in feeling lost, depressed, sad, etc. So release what is no longer working for you and welcome in the new. This can be scary, which brings us to number three. but not now next time in sha'a allah =)

feeling lost these days uuhhhhh!!!  What should i do when i'm feeling lost?     just lost in life and i really  don’t know what to do about it. What do most people do? Nothing…the worst possible thing i can do. i continue day in and day out living my life in the same manner as i have been. i don’t do this because i'm lazy; i do this because i have no idea how to make my life different. i don’t know how to make my life, better! .... ummmmmm that's was (ZMAN)!! now i know how to make my life better !! and i will tell you guys what did i do when i feel lost :
                      So here are seven simple steps to get you headed in the right direction!

1) Change is necessary!

It’s like the Albert Einstein quote, “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results!” What you are currently doing is no longer working for you. It is now time to ask yourself:

“What changes need to take place in order to enhance me quality of life?”

And DO them! This is not easy, but it is necessary.
